We will have excursions into Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona and possibly Jerome, Arizona — sacred lands known for their powerful vortexes, breathtaking beauty, and deep spiritual resonance.
What’s Included
· All guided teachings, experiential practices, and group meditations throughout the retreat.
· Admission to Frequency Friday at The Humankind Center in Sedona (covered for all participants).
· Snacks and water provided during our group sessions.
· Access to a private Facebook group to connect with other participants, share travel plans, and coordinate lodging or ride-sharing.
· Deep support and sacred space held for your transformation, integration, and growth
What’s Not Included
· Travel to and from Cottonwood and Sedona.
· Lodging accommodations (group rates will be available soon - support and recommendations will be shared in a private Facebook group).
· Meals outside of the snacks provided during group sessions.
